– Performance identification of terminal’s in and out stowed

– Container terminal outline – terminal design

– Container terminal operation – administrative structure and relationships in the operation

– Facilities for container terminal stowage

– Application of IT in container terminal operation and management

– Connection with inland movements

– Planning: terminal, facilities, human resource, quay, CY, vessel – elements that affact the planning

– Vessel receipt and discharge – FCL/LCL procedures at the terminal

– Optimization in long term and short term

Module 4:

Dangerous cargoes overview

– Groups of dangerous cargoes, safety and security in stowage
Module 5: Port safety and security – Container terminal safety and security
Module 6: Service quality, port economic and finance – Service quality and customer’s satisfaction
  – Service quality accessment
Module 7: Sightseeing (all day) – Sightseeing at Tan Cang Cat Lai terminal and Tan Cang Cai Mep terminal

Duration: 40 hours

Lecturer:

  • Experienced Vietnamese teachers and foreign teachers working in related field.

Course materials:

  • Tan Cang-STC will provide participants with learning materials in the first day of this course.

Certification:

  • After accomplishing this course, participants will be provided with national certification issued by Tan Cang-STC if the participants have attended at least 80% of the total duration.

Besides, Tan Cang-STC also provide courses in order with:
