IMPORT EXPORT PRACTICE

Purpose:

  • Providing participants with necessary knowledge for supporting actual works from trading negotiation till cargoes received by the importer at the other country (formalities, procedures, documents, regulations, …)

Participant:

  • Director, manager and employee working in logistics co., forwarding co., import export co., … and all other participants being in need of knowledge development in related field.

Day 1
(8:00AM – 5:00PM)

 Morning:
– Visit Cat Lai terminal’s control tower and quay area
– Practice customs procedures and customs declaration formality on ECUS5 – VNACCS
Afternoon: Visit Cat Lai terminal parties related to FCL cargoes recieving and shipping procedures:
– Learning about the actual FCL procedures at class in Cat Lai terminal
– Site visit
– Practice the procedures
14 Thorough review
15 FINAL TEST
Field trip at the port 

Day 2
(8:00AM – 5:00PM)

 Morning: LCL Cargoes procedure learning at class in Cat Lai terminal (4 procedures)
Afternoon: Visiting Tan Cang warehousing Co. and CFS Warehouse in Cat Lai terminal (import and export):
– Visiting related parties in LCL cargoes procedures at Cat Lai terminal- Practicing LCL procedures
Q&A
Final assessment and certificate receiving at class

Duration: 56 hours

Lecturer:

  • Experienced Vietnamese teachers and foreign teachers working in related field.

Course materials:

  • Tan Cang-STC will provide participants with learning materials in the first day of this course.

Certification:

  • After accomplishing this course, participants will be provided with national certification issued by Tan Cang-STC if the participants have attended at least 80% of the total duration.

Besides, Tan Cang-STC also provide courses in order with:

  • Appropriate course content (according to participants’ experience and knowledge)
  • Appropriate learning time
